Anyone on here work for Argos uk?

Hi, is there someone in here that works for argos in uk. I am disabled and cannot get through to them by phone, its re an item i bought and the warranty runs out tomorrow, but i have taken out a 3 year replacement warranty as well. problem is the item is a hdd player i take it to my renal unt with me and listen to music while on dialysis. it has gone faulty, it wont charge, the power adapter is working fine i think the dc jack in the player is at fault as it feels loose. argos no longer sell this item, what i want 6o know will they let me buy it back in its present state so i can get it repaired. its been the best player i have had up to now, i charge the battery once a week as the battery lasts for hours . i really like this player as there is more than enough power to keep me comfortable while i listen to the music while on dialysis, it puts me to sleep.argos wont resell this item as its faulty and discontinued but they do clear out old stock

try contacting the manufacturer as well as argos, pop down to your local argos they’ll help u straight away, or tell someone to take it on your behalf such as your son or daughter.
